Hi…
Cancer does not happen overnight. It is precipitated by exposure to carcinogens that can start it. Knowing your genes is a plus factor so one can be aware what to avoid being exposed to. There are really genes that are cancer-friendly in a way. So modifying ones lifestyle is a great factor to consider too. We have to boost our immune systems and live a healthy lifestyle and eat the right foods that have cancer -fighting properties. It’s nice to know you have the burden to fight it, but the best way of fighting it is to be equipped and be aware what builds our defenses by living right. You have a good mind!
